New OrganizationsOur methods for encouraging effectiveness and excellence are particularly applicable to organizations in the early stages of formation. To be a successful new enterprise, the organization's attention needs to be focused on purpose, passion, and people. The purpose of the organization has to be clear and meaningful. Passion is needed to attract the best resources and business opportunities. The people have to be vested in and committed to the organization. Our community-based approach, where stakeholders are engaged in extraordinary dialogue, is fertile ground for sharpening the organization's identity, igniting people's desire to serve, and connecting people to the organization's purpose. We have experience with informal groups, non-profit organizations, and
corporations, all of whom were in the early stages of formation. Through
our facilitation, groups move from an environment of uncertainty and chaos,
to clarity of purpose, direction, and strategy.
